Ashley adds to metro Atlanta portfolio

Ashley has acquired approximately 95,000 SF in two industrial buildings in Kennesaw, GA from Tug Technologies Corporation (“Tug”). The properties, located on approximately 19 acres, are off of I-75 about 25 miles northwest of Atlanta. Tug, who is leasing back all of the space for a period of ten years, is a leading manufacturer of aviation ground support equipment supporting airports around the world. This transaction increases Ashley’s Atlanta portfolio to over 1.2 million SF.
