New lease at Lyon Business Center

Ferguson Plumbing, a subsidiary of Wolseley plc, has entered into a lease for 127,000 SF at Ashley’s Lyon Business Center. The Lyon Business Center, a 273,000 SF facility, is located in New Hudson, MI, northeast of Ann Arbor, MI and just off of I-96. Ferguson signed an 11-year lease and is expected to move in at the end of the summer. Ferguson is the largest distributor of plumbing supplies in the U.S. and its parent, Wolseley, is the world’s number one distributor of heating and plumbing projects to the professional market.
