Leasing continues in Detroit

AEL Span has signed a lease for approximately 68,000 SF at Ashley’s Crossroads Distribution Center in Belleville, MI. They will occupy Suite 100 in Building 1 for a term of 31 months. Span provides a full range of services designed to meet the outsourcing needs of the electronics OEMs and ECMs. In Suite 100, they will be providing quality line inspection and warehousing and distribution of electronic automotive parts for the automobile companies.

JMA Logistics has extended its lease at the Livonia Corporate Center, Ashley’s 1.1 million SF warehouse/distribution complex in Livonia, MI. JMA currently occupies approximately 57,000 SF and will remain until mid-2010. JMA provides packaging and distribution services for auto parts for the big three automakers.
