Ashley breaks ground on new industrial park in metro Atlanta

Ashley Capital has begun site work activity in Conyers, GA for a new two million SF warehouse/distribution center. The development will take place in phases with the preliminary work for the first two buildings currently underway. Gees Mill Meadows will be a 480,000 SF facility with a cross dock layout. Twin Creeks will be a 150,000 SF facility with rear loading docks. Completion is tentatively scheduled for the summer of 2008.
