DSC Logistics signs at Calumet Business Center

DSC Logistics (“DSC”) has signed a lease for 111,500 SF at Ashley Capital’s Calumet Business Center in Chicago, IL. With this lease, the 254,000 SF building, which is part of a two million SF twelve building industrial park, is now 80% occupied. DSC, a third party logistics provider, underwent a competitive selection process for rail-served warehouse space between Indiana and Illinois and chose Calumet. The property provides DSC with up to eleven standard Norfolk & Southern rails cars at any given time.
