Lear Corporation Partner signs lease at Warren Business Center

IAC Warren LLC, through a joint venture with Lear Corporation, has recently signed a lease for 138,000 SF at Ashley Capital’s Warren Business Center (WBC). IAC Warren is a global provider of interior systems for the automotive industry. Lear originally occupied space at WBC for several years back in the mid-nineties, and has returned for a 5 year term. IAC’s tenancy increases occupancy of the 624,000 SF building to 100%.
