Best Diamond Plastics signs 40,000 SF Lease

Best Diamond Plastics (BDP), a Chicago based plastics manufacturer, has signed a 5 year lease for 40,000 square feet of space in Building 10 at the Calumet Business Center in Chicago, Illinois. Having recently signed a large contract with McDonald’s Corporation, BDP will manufacture drinking straws in the facility. With this lease, the 256,000 SF building, which is part of a 2 million SF twelve building industrial park, is now 100% occupied.
