Plastipak Packaging extends lease at RBC

Plastipak Packaging, currently a 274,000 SF tenant at the Romulus Business Center (RBC), has amended their existing lease to extend the term into 2010. Plastipak, a leader in the plastic packaging and container manufacturing industry, has been at RBC since 2005. Purchased in 1993 from General Motors, RBC is currently a 2 million SF complex consisting of 3 separate buildings.
