Modular Automotive Systems (MAS) has amended their existing lease at the Warren Business Center (WBC) in Warren, Michigan. The recently signed amendment increases their occupied space by 52,000 square feet and extends their tenancy into 2010. MAS operates as a Tier One and Tier Two supplier to the automotive industry. They have been a tenant at WBC since 2004. With this amendment, MAS now occupies over 222,000 square feet at the 662,000 square foot facility.
