Ashley Capital has refinanced its loan on the 230,000 SF Indian River Distribution Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. Bank of America provided a new $10MM floating rate loan that carries a term of two years. Shortly after the loan closing, Ashley signed a 5-year lease with US Auto Parts for 72,000 SF at the facility. US Auto Parts is a leading online provider of aftermarket auto parts headquartered in Carson, California.
