Two new tenants at the Orion Commerce Center
Ashley Capital has entered into long term lease agreements with two new tenants at the 250,000 SF Orion Commerce Center Building 1 in Orion Township, Michigan. In September 2008, Fuyao Automotive, a leading Chinese automotive glass manufacturer, took occupancy of 55,000 SF at the facility. By June 2009 Fuyao will grow to 83,000 SF. In November 2008, Ashley signed a 5-year lease for 28,000 SF with Pack Rat, a national portable storage and moving company.
