Ashley Capital is pleased to announce lease extensions with International Business Machines (IBM), Superior Industries International, SPX Corporation, and Financial Advisory Associates. The lease extensions total over 28,000 square feet of rentable space.
IBM, a worldwide producer of information technology products and services, has extended their 8,300 square foot lease for three years. Superior Industries International, one of the world’s largest suppliers of cast and forged wheels, signed a four year extension for 4,000 square feet. SPX Corporation, a global automotive components supplier, signed a short term extension on approximately 4,000 square feet of space. Financial Advisory Associates, a financial services provider, signed a three year extension on approximately 12,000 square feet of space.
