AMSEC, LLC signs leases at the Bridgeway Business Center
Ashley Capital has signed two leases with AMSEC, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding, at the Bridgeway Business Center in Suffolk, Virginia. The smaller of the two leases is a seven year lease for approximately 83,000 SF. The larger lease is a three and a half year lease for approximately 370,000 SF. Combined the leases total over 453,000 SF of space at the 690,000 SF facility.
AMSEC, LLC is a full-service supplier to the Navy and commercial maritime industry. They provide a wide variety of engineering and logistics services to their maritime customers. At the Bridgeway facility AMSEC, LLC stores the equipment used in building and retrofitting naval aircraft carriers.
