New lease with Chinese automotive supplier
Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd (“YVATS”) has signed a five-year, approximately 81,000 square foot lease at the Warren Business Center in Warren, Michigan. Formed as a joint venture between Yanfeng Visteon, SAIC Group, and Visteon, YVATS provides automotive components and services to a variety of international automakers. Their products include instrument panels, door trims, and other interior trim parts. With this lease, the Warren Business Center is now 100% occupied.
