More leasing activity at the Bridgeway Business Center
Ashley Capital has continued to experience strong leasing activity at the Bridgeway Business Center in Suffolk, Virginia. Quality Van Service, a Hampton, Virginia based moving company, has entered into a 5-year lease for 20,450 SF and Rock Bottom Golf, an e-commerce retailer, has signed an amendment which expands their premises by 20,450 SF and extends their term by two years. By amending their lease, Rock Bottom Golf is now in occupancy of over 60,000 SF. With this leasing activity, the Bridgeway Business Center now boasts a 91% occupancy rate.
