C.T.C Distribution, Inc signs lease at Detroit Commerce Center
Ashley Capital is pleased to announce that C.T.C Distribution, Inc (“CTC”) has signed an approximately 106,000 SF, 3.5-year lease at the Detroit Commerce Center in Detroit, MI. CTC is a warehousing and distribution company which warehouses, repacks, and distributes customer owned product. The firm utilizes just-in-time basis to OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. From their space at the Detroit Commerce Center, CTC will supply and distribute tire rims and door trim to General Motors.
