Ryder and Peckham Sign New Leases at Delta Distribution Center

Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. (“Ryder”) leased 1,086,000 SF as part of a four-year deal in Building #1 at Delta Distribution Center. Ryder System, Inc. is a Fortune 500 provider of leading-edge transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions worldwide. This location will provide warehousing and sequencing of auto parts for the GM assembly plants in Lansing Grand River and Delta Township.

Peckham, Inc. (“Peckham”) signed a two-year lease totaling 192,308 SF in Building #2. Peckham, a nonprofit community vocational rehabilitation organization, specializes in apparel manufacturing, assembly and light manufacturing, and business services such as document management and administrative services. This location will serve as a military uniform refurbishment warehouse.
