Ashley Capital actively pursues ‘value add’ real estate opportunities located throughout the eastern half of the United States. We target the acquisition of existing buildings which have significant vacancy or leases rolling over in the short-term. In addition, we purchase land for both greenfield and brownfield development. Ashley has the experience and capital to close on even the most challenging transactions.
