Ashley Acquires 36-Acre Land Parcel in Hazel Park, Michigan
Ashley, as part of a joint venture, acquired a 36-acre land-site to construct a state-of-the-art, high cube 575,000 SF industrial building.
Upon completion in the 3rd quarter of 2016, the facility will be one of few industrial buildings in the area flexible enough to accommodate e-commerce, warehouse, distribution or light industrial occupiers with higher clear heights, sufficient column spacing to support racking/automation, and energy efficient LED lights.
The property has an excellent location near I-696 and I-75 and is part of a larger 120-acre site that could be acquired for future development.
