Ashley Brings Economic Boost to Conyers Community
One of the great satisfactions of investing in properties is the positive impact our projects have on the communities involved. In 2007, we acquired 200 acres of land in Conyers, GA, and began the phased development of a Class A Industrial Park, now known as Twin Creeks Business Center.
Today, the park features 5 completed buildings with 2 more planned and on the way. Taking into account the adjacent Hill Phoenix building, also constructed by Ashley, when fully built-out and leased-up, this project brings approximately 1200 jobs to the Conyers community.
- Building 1: 150,000 SF multi-tenant facility
- Building 2: 175,000 SF building; 100% leased to Golden State Foods
- Buildings 3 and 4: Each of these buildings is approximately 240,000 SF
- Buildings 5 and 6: Planned; 225,000 SF each
- Build-to-Suit: 500,000 SF completed for Hill Phoenix, Inc.
At Ashley, we not only pursue real estate opportunities that add value to the property, but also add value to the companies with whom we enter into contract, boost the economy of the communities where they do business, and most importantly, enhance the lives of the people who live and work there.
