The Milwaukee 7 Economic Development Partnership (M7) recognized the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) with the first ever Excellence in Economic Development Award, M7 officials announced to the public on Wednesday.
The award recognizes “outstanding economic development projects and partnerships that have contributed to the economic vitality of the Milwaukee region.” It was presented at M7’s annual meeting held this year at Northwestern Mutual’s headquarters in Downtown Milwaukee.
Ashley Capital’s Enterprise Business Park was recognized as one of the contributors to the successful endeavors in the Milwaukee’s growing industrial real estate market.
Enterprise Business Park is a multi-year, phased development represented by four state-of-the-art, high cube industrial buildings totaling over 1,300,000 square feet. Building 2 was completed in December 2015 and totals 376,000 SF. Building 4 will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2020 and totals 438,000 SF.
