Ashley Capital secured financing with Fifth Third Bank for our newest development project in Metro Atlanta – Covington Logistics Park 1 & 2. Once complete, this project will add over 1 million square feet to our growing portfolio in the Southeast.
Located in Covington, GA, with easy access to I-20, the recently completed Covington 1 is 50% leased to SK Microworks America, a manufacturer of film materials and products intended for automobiles, semiconductors and other mobile products. Covington 2 is scheduled for completion in the third quarter 2023. LaVista Associates represents Ashley for the leasing of the space.
