Ashley Capital has completed construction and achieved one hundred percent occupancy at Crossroads Distribution Center North Building 6, a 660,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility in Van Buren Township, Michigan. Building 6 joins the recently completed, fully leased Buildings 4 and 5 in the park which now totals over 1,580,000 square feet.
Our Next Energy (“One”), a Michigan-born energy storage company, has leased the entire space to build its first battery manufacturing campus. CBRE represented Ashley Capital in the successful lease-up of the project and KeyBank provided the financing.
