Kyle Morton, Ashley Capital’s Vice-President of Development, was featured in Crain’s Detroit’s 40 Under 40 list for 2022. Having spent seven years at PGIM, a real estate arm of Prudential, Morton was ready to take on a development role at Ashley. Among his proudest achievements, Morton cited his work to bring the upcoming Means Logistics Park project to fruition.
