Means Logistics Park - Ashley Capital and Oliver:Hatcher Collaboration

Ashley Capital has commenced development of Means Logistics Park, a 444,000 square foot industrial facility in Highland Park, Michigan. Oliver/Hatcher Construction is the General Contractor for the project. The project was first conceived by Eric Means and Ashley Capital is honored to continue his vision. The property is ideally situated at the corner of the Lodge Freeway (M-10) and Davidson Freeway (M-8) with visibility from both highways. The site is 5 miles from Downtown Detroit, 6 miles from the GM-Detroit Hamtramck facility and 9 miles from the new FCA Mack Engine assembly plant. The site will also offer proximity to two interstates: I-75 and I-94.

The project is scheduled to be completed in April 2023. Once complete, Means Logistics Park will boast Class A features, including 32’ clear height, large bay sizes, a high dock count, ample car and trailer parking, an ESFR fire system, and energy efficient lighting.
