National Logistics Provider, LeSaint Logistics, Comes to Conyers

Ashley Capital recently welcomed a new tenant at their Conyers, Georgia, Twin Creeks Business Center, a multi-building, 480,000 SF industrial complex just outside of Atlanta.

LeSaint Logistics, a nationwide third party logistics provider, has officially set up operations in one of the four buildings currently located in the industrial park, leasing 135,000 SF at 1940 Twin Creeks Parkway.

LeSaint is in good company, joining fellow tenants, Golden State Foods, which fully leases Twin Creeks Business Center building 2, a 175,00 SF space, and Pratt Industries which occupies 135,000 SF of an additional building in the complex. 105,000 SF of that same building, located at 1990 Twin Creeks Parkway, is leased by SKC, inc.

With the addition of LeSaint Logistics, Twin Creeks Business Center continues to grow, bringing hundreds of jobs and an ongoing economic boost to the Conyers community. An additional 450,000 SF building is planned for the park, as well.
