Enterprise Business Park is located in Racine County, Wisconsin, in the fast-growing industrial corridor between Milwaukee and Chicago. It situated is along Interstate 94, 1.5 miles east of the full interchange with four lane State Highway 11. Enterprise Business Park is also 2.5 miles from the full interchange of I-94 and four lane State Highway 20.

The project is a multi-year phased development that will total over 2,100,000 square feet across 6 buildings. It began with mass grading in 2015 and completion of a 376,000 square foot speculative industrial building in 2016. During March 2020, Ashley completed the construction of a new 438,000 square foot speculative distribution building at 11201 Enterprise Way. The building was promptly leased to a single tenant. This success served as a catalyst for the construction of a new 397,000 square foot speculative warehouse building which started in June 2020. The project was completed in January 2021 and is fully leased to a single tenant. Construction will begin on two new 390,000 square foot speculative industrial buildings in the first quarter of 2022 with delivery anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2022.
