Ashley Capital recently acquired a site in Taylor, Michigan to build a 531,500 square-foot multi-tenant light manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facility known as Metro 94 Commerce Center. The 70-acre property is located near the I-94 Interchange and Ecorse Road, 2 miles east of the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, and 8 miles west of Ford’s Rouge assembly plant, home of the F150, in Dearborn, MI.
Ashley anticipates site plan approval in 3Q 2023, construction commencement in 4Q 2023, and completion in early 2025.
