Biography
Kyle joined Ashley Capital in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President – Development in the Detroit office. As Vice President – Development, Kyle oversees the Detroit deal sourcing and pre-development activities, while serving as a liaison between finance, leasing, and construction on development projects.
Prior to joining Ashley Capital, Kyle served as Vice President for Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM) out of the Atlanta, GA office. As a member of the Transactions team covering the Southeastern United States, Kyle was responsible for property and portfolio acquisitions, equity investment in development joint ventures, and placement of mezzanine debt.
Kyle graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Real Estate.
