Biography
Pete Pfeiffer joined Ashley Capital in the fall of 2002. As Vice President and with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property management and leasing, he oversees the property management function for Ashley Capital and is based in the Detroit office.
Prior to joining Ashley Capital, Peter was a Senior Vice President, then Executive Vice President/Director of Commercial Real Estate for McKinley, general manager of two (2) 600,000 SF class A office buildings for Grubb and Ellis and an Office Leasing Specialist for Rubloff. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Ohio and Michigan, has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and holds a CCIM designation.
