Biography
Tim Schneider is a Senior Vice President of Ashley Capital. Mr. Schneider joined the company in 2007 to oversee all operations in the Atlanta office and southeast region. As the SVP he manages all aspects of the office which include personnel, deal analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
Prior to joining Ashley Capital, Mr. Schneider was employed by Grubb & Ellis Company for over 10 years as an industrial real estate broker. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Louisiana State University – E. J. Ourso College of Business, and an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Mr. Schneider’s affiliations include the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, SIOR and NAIOP.
